The International Society of Extremity MRI in Rheumatology (ISEMIR) aims to bring together, through an educational, nonprofit society, rheumatologists, radiologists and other specialists dedicated to the furtherance of the art and science of magnetic resonance technology as applied to rheumatologic diseases. The goal of the organization is to provide a means for users, manufacturers, and industry to promote matters related to extremity MRI, in particular validation, education, use in clinical practice and research, with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcome.
ISEMIR's 2nd Annual CME Conference was held on March 27, 2009 in Miami, FL.
